Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds on books. If there is an issue with your book, please contact us at scarlettspassport@gmail.com and we can help you out.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (not including holidays or weekends), however, during periods of sales or promotion, processing can take up to 5-7 business days.

Shipping

We offer $3 flat rate shipping on all orders in the United States and $15 flat rate shipping on all international orders.

Personal information we collect
